We get 98% re-orders from the original orders placed, either from the person who placed the order, or from the person who received it for a gift. Thank you so very much for your post. I just had a problem sending a shipment through the USPS which I use most often to ship my packages. I sent a shipment to New Jersey on 2-7-11 via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. The person never received the shipment so I called the Post Office. I was told that Priority mail does not GAURENTEE delivery in 2-3 business days (as they lead you to believe). Also, there is no way to track my shipment because they did not log it into the computer, so the only "tracking" is when they DELIVER it - then they will confirm that it is delivered!!! So here it is almost 20 days later and there is no way to find out where the package is. After 30 days have passed and the package has not been delivered, then I can claim it under the insurance! UGH I want the product delivered - not the money from the insurance. Now I have to start all over! AND my wonderful client has been left in the lurch. I am fixing the problem for the client as we speak, however, I will NEVER ship via USPS again!!!!
